Biography

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture. Graduated from Atsugi High School (Kanagawa Prefectural) and the Faculty of Law, Senshu University. After working for Takara Printing Co., Ltd. (First Section, Tokyo Stock Exchange), he passed the judicial scrivener examination and registered as a judicial scrivener. After working for a judicial scrivener corporation, he became the representative of Namiki-dori Judicial Scrivener Office (Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture).
