Biography

Born in Chiba Prefecture in 1967. Graduated from Funabashi High School (Chiba Prefectural) and the School of Commerce, Waseda University. After working for a foreign-affiliated life insurance company and a real estate company, he registered as a gyoseishoshi (administrative scrivener). Subsequently, as an in-house administrative scrivener at a securities company undergoing rehabilitation, he was involved in launching an FX business (in charge of compliance) and an M&A business (as a consultant). At an asset consulting company, he was engaged in launching an M&A business (as a consultant). At an operating company, he was responsible for launching an online business for cosmetics and supplements (as division manager). He then served as division manager at a major judicial scrivener / administrative scrivener corporation. At a client company of that firm (engaged in private placement and management of business-type funds), he worked in charge of compliance. He is currently a specially certified gyoseishoshi (administrative scrivener) at TRUSTIL Administrative Scrivener Office (Kyobashi Edogrand South 4F, 2-2-1 Kyobashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo).
